Integrity Wireless, LLC Refund/Exchange Policy

No refunds after 14 days.  On new phone activations, activation date is day 1 of 14-day return period.  Any handset returned or exchanged must be in like new condition.  Phone must be free of cracks, scuffs, scratches, etc.  Box must be intact with all manuals, chargers, headsets, and original accessories included.  For any missing items, Integrity Wireless reserves the right to charge a $25 restocking fee per item.  In the event the missing item is returned within 5 days, the restocking fee(s) will be refunded according to refund policies outlined below. 

Exchanges only on accessory and handset Upgrade purchases. All payments made for products (excludes T-Mobile Service Payments) via credit card will be refunded at time of return. All cash refunds will be refunded, minus any T-Mobile Service Payments, by check through our corporate office within 14 days from date of return.  All T-Mobile Service Payments are refunded by T-Mobile directly, in accordance with T-Mobile's terms and conditions.

Flipswap Trade-In Terms:

By accepting store credit for your trade in phone, you acknowledge that you are the sole and rightful owner of the item being traded-in.  You also agree to transfer all right, title and interest in the item to Flipswap upon trade-in.  Once traded, your phone will be transferred to Flipswap and cannot under any circumstance be returned and store credit cannot be refunded.

Phone Activation Agreement:

T-Mobile has entered into an agreement with Integrity Wireless, LLC, whereby T-Mobile provides a promotional payment to Integrity Wireless, LLC for each subscriber who purchases a mobile phone from Integrity Wireless, LLC and uses T-Mobile's wireless service for an uninterrupted period of 121 days.  The promotional payment enables Integrity Wireless, LLC to sell wireless handsets at a discounted rate to customers who qualify by continuing such uninterrupted services. 

Integrity Wireless, LLC agreement to sell a wireless handset to subscriber at a discounted amount is in consideration of Integrity Wireless, LLC special requirements as follows:

At the time of execution of this agreement, the subscriber will enter an agreement with T-Mobile for wireless telephone service and agrees to use T-Mobile's wireless service for at least 121 days with no interruption of service whatsoever.  In the event that the subscriber should convert, cancel, or cause disruption in the service agreement with T-Mobile prior to the expiration of 121 days from the activation date then the subscriber agrees to pay Integrity Wireless, LLC the sum of $250.00 per wireless number as the balance for the non-discounted purchase price of the wireless handset.

To insure payment and in order to induce Integrity Wireless, LLC to sell to the subscriber at the discounted rate the subscriber hereby authorizes Integrity Wireless, LLC to charge subscriber's credit card/debit card account the amount due should subscriber violate this agreement.  This agreement will act as the signed receipt for the amount of $250.00 per wireless number activated, to be utilized in the event the amounts become due pursuant to the requirements outlined in this agreement.

Page 2 of 3 CTRALIN2911:

The undersigned subscriber personally guarantees the payment of aforesaid purchases price balance in the event of breach of this agreement and will be liable for all expenses and costs incurred by Integrity Wireless, LLC in enforcing its right and terms of this agreement including all attorney fees.

The subscriber warrants that they have not disconnected an existing T-Mobile wireless number within the past 181 prior to signing this agreement.

The subscriber has executed this agreement in its individual capacity and acknowledges that it has read and understands all of the terms and conditions of this document and the subscriber agrees to be bound by its terms.

This agreement is an integral part of the sales agreement between Integrity Wireless, LLC and the undersigned, the wireless service application, and any other document executed contemporaneously with this agreement relating to the purchase of wireless service.

Customer Account Management Programs:

I understand that Integrity Wireless, LLC is committed to my satisfaction and the sustained use of my service and I the subscriber do herby give Integrity Wireless, LLC and its representatives my permission to routinely access my T-Mobile account to audit my bill for excessive charges.  I understand that in order to do so, Integrity Wireless will need to, using information I have already provided, access my account records with T-Mobile.  In the event my account charges are on pace to or have become higher than I am expecting due to excessive use or downloads Integrity Wireless will contact me to offer a solution to mitigate expenses if possible. 

I also accept that Integrity Wireless may send me a text message on my device upon my activation and from time to time but never to exceed two per month that includes customer service information.  I can opt out of these messages at anytime by replying to the message with the word STOP.  Should I incur a fee for these messages I may have a payment made to my account upon my request by calling Integrity Wireless at 1-877-IW-HELP1.
