Family Allowances keeps you connected—and in control

With Family Allowances’, you can help your whole crew use their phones responsibly. By setting upfront limits for minutes, messages, and downloads, you could avoid unexpected overage charges on your bill. Family members learn to “budget” their phone use, everyone stays connected, and you get some well-deserved peace of mind.

Flexible, fast, and easy. Really.

It’s easy to set Family Allowances. You determine how many minutes, messages, and downloads each person gets. If a family member reaches an allowance, you’ll be automatically notified (enrollment required for notification) and their service will temporarily be disabled (but don’t worry—with Always Allowed numbers, you can still get in touch). If you want to allow someone to use more minutes, you can change allowances at any time—right from the Web.

Relax—Family Allowances is looking out for your family

With Family Allowances, you can make sure no one’s texting all night and even set devices so they won’t ring during certain hours of the day. You can block unwanted callers with Never Allowed numbers. And with Always Allowed numbers, family members can still get in touch, even if allowances are spent.
